The menu makes up a 3-course meal. It includes a selection of salads, meats with rice or noodles and desserts. Best suited for evening events, ceremonies/launches, client entertaining.

Eat Cold

Prawns with thin rice noodles and mixed salad & herbs wrapped in rice paper. Served with a chilli dip.

Thinly sliced grilled beef in a light dressing of lime juice, fresh coriander, mint and red chillies.

Chicken marinated in Char Sui blend, grilled and served with mixed salad and light spicy sauce in a wrap.

Thinly shredded carrots and mixed salad in a spicy dressing of lemon juice and chillies. Served with a sprinkle of crushed peanuts.

Spicy chicken salad served on individual salad leaves.

Eat Warm

Chicken marinated in a blend of Thai spices, grilled and served with peanut sauce.

Beef marinated in a blend of lemongrass and red chillies, grilled and served with choice of dips.

Thin rice noodles stir fried vegetables, garnished with fresh herbs. Served with a wedge of lime and crushed peanuts.

Light fried rice with egg, prawns and mixed vegetables, garnished with fresh herbs.

Dessert

Colourful fruit salad with a squeeze of lime juice.

Natural yoghurt served with fresh fruit topped with a drizzle of honey.
